With over 15 years of corporate experience across various industries, Katherine has worked with leading organisations to drive growth, improve team performance, and streamline operations. She holds certifications as Director of Operations, Business Management and NLP, alongside a BSc in Psychology, equipping her with a well-rounded approach to both the mindset and practical side of business.

Katherine specialises in empowering ambitious business owners with the space to think, the strategy to grow, and the support to thrive. Her straight-talking, no-nonsense approach means you’ll walk away with clear actions, and the confidence to put it into action immediately.
